College App Week at Clay County
High
The Tennessee
Higher Education Commission in collaboration
with CollegeforTN.org is pleased to announce
October 24 - 28 as Tennessee College App Week.
Throughout this week, high schools across the
state will host College App Week events to
assist students with the college application
process. On
Friday, October
28 all seniors expected to graduate in
May/June 2012 will be encouraged to complete
at least one online application for admission to
a higher education institution, if they have not
already done so. This event is possible due to
the collaborative efforts of the administration,
faculty, and staff at Clay County High,
as well as students, their families, and
volunteers across the community.
The goal of
College App Week is to provide the opportunity
for all
Tennessee
seniors to complete and file college
applications. In order to participate fully,
prior to College App Week, students will need to
research the institutions to which they want to
apply.
For more
information contact Jayne Donaldson at Clay
County High.
