Groovin' with the Grown-Ups
What
a chaotic decade the 1960s was! What was it like
to live then? How do we get students to
understand a past that was so important in our
history? This WebQuest is designed to get
students to not only learn about the 1960s but
also benefit from the knowledge of adults in
society. Students will work in partnerships to
write interview questions to ask adults who
lived during this decade and use the information
to write a newspaper article with appropriate
graphics.
